WP:TITLECASE for "class" and "tram" isn't necessary and for consistency with Melbourne tram class articles such as A-class Melbourne tram. Also note that a previous move discussion was held to drop the hyphen from Melbourne tram class articles with no consensus to drop the hyphen. The Sydney Tramway Museum from a cursory search appears to drop the hyphen, search Google for site:sydneytramwaymuseum.com.au "class". It'd definitely help if anyone has any access to physical/paper sources like books or newspapers. Fork99 (talk) 08:40, 4 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Personally, I'd prefer all applicable Australia tram articles be named as "(city) x-class tram". XtraJovial (talkcontribs) 16:05, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
No objection to that either, it actually seems more natural. Fork99 (talk) 20:11, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Note: Adelaide (e.g. H type Adelaide tram), Sydney and Melbourne (example already given above) would have to be considered for this. Fork99 (talk) 20:13, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support: I don't think there is much of a difference search wise, both require all the keywords, but the proposed change sounds more natural and therefore probably more likely to be entered.  // Timothy :: talk  07:53, 10 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. This would make the Sydney tram articles consistent with Melbourne and Adelaide tram articles. Its also a good idea to remove the capitalisation on "tram". Steelkamp (talk) 11:47, 10 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
