General Fabrikant
[edit]Is General Fabrikant really noteworthy enough to warrant mention? I doubt he will play any essential role any time in the future. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 140.184.92.128 (talk • contribs) 16:48, 15 November 2005
- Fabrikant was part of a multiple-issue Qward plotline in the 1980s, and is one of the few Qwardian characters known by personal name. If the "Syndicate Rules" Qwardians are worth mentioning here, then so is Fabrikant. -Wilfredo Martinez (talk) 23:11, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
Pulitzer-winning journalist talks like B-movie astronaut
[edit]I don't know about the modern JLA cartoons, but Qward has appeared in at least one episode of Superfriends (128-14 "Doomsday"), in which Superman (having been unexpectedly transported there) uttered the most clumsily-scripted bit of expository monologue in the history of this or any universe: "Unless I'm mistaken, this looks like the anti-matter universe of Qward!" To nobody. He just said it aloud for no reason except to hear his lips flapping. Because in an anti-matter universe, things don't have to make any sense whatsoever. BTW, isn't the name Qward a corruption of "coward", playing off the antithesis of Hal Jordan's fearlessness? Asat 19:44, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
confused..
[edit]How can Qward still be around if all the alternate universes were destroyed/vanished after the coie?
isn't that sort of cheating? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.189.99.76 (talk) 15:40, 6 May 2008 (UTC)
