[edit]This page should not be speedily deleted because... (Moyeni is the capital of Quthing district. I will try to find more references. But your previous sources have been wrong to say the capital of Quthing is Quthing. I think anyone who proposes that Moyeni be deleted should google Moyeni Quthing and they will find that they are wrong and about their position. I am a researcher from Quthing district. I am doing this to update a lot of information which is wrong about the district on Wikipedia. unfortunately some information will not be supported by any source.
