Parents of Tripurasundari

Does anyone know for sure who the father of Tripurasundari is? Baburam Acharya is of the opinion that she is the daughter of Nain Singh Thapa, brother of Bhimsen Thapa. But this is just a conjecture. Has there been any new research that has shed some light into this matter? (Manoguru (talk) 14:42, 4 November 2014 (UTC))[reply]

Almost all of her life was enshrouded in a mystery and she was an insignificant figure, completely eclipsed by Bhimsen Thapa. However, Nain Singh Thapa is the most probable candidate as her father, considering that she is the daughter of a brother of Bhimsen Thapa, and the age factor makes it highly probable too. Change of title page

The Queen's proper name is Lalit Tripura Sundari. Request the title be called as such, instead of the current "Queen Tripurasundari of Nepal". Ramnam (talk) 04:34, 27 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
