Canadian?

I hardly think it’s fair to credit the Candians of the early 2000s with creating this drink. The zazou youth movement in Nazi-occupied France were drinking beer with grenadine 60 years prior. The Canadians may have been the first to give it the name “Queen Mary,” but the cocktail wasn’t invented by them. 2600:6C56:7CF0:1400:8C18:9209:AD3:4A5F (talk) 18:56, 2 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
