The parametrization in terms of lambda given at the start, in the definition of Delta_lambda, does not agree with the one used below, when the Kraus operators are given. Lambda in the first equation becomes 1-lambda in the second. In fact, lambda =1 corresponds to the identity map in the first equation, but the Kraus of the identity map correspond to lambda = 0 in the second equation.
The simplest change would probably be changing lambda into 1-lambda in the first equation, matching the definitions given in Nielsen and Chuang (Eq. 8.100).
