Here are some tasks awaiting attention: Article requests : Create a section on the history of QCL development - from their proposal to recent landmark developments. It should not become a boring list of every QCL developed by every group in history! Expand : Expand the description of active region designs to compare the most commonly used designs: resonant phonon, bound-to-continuum, hybrid designs etc. Stubs : Complete sections for Emission wavelengths, optical waveguides, growth and applications. Verify : Add references to the Material system section.
