What was what

[edit]

A was never actually used on QuakeNet I'm afraid, also ElectionServ wasn't ever a 'service', it was just a client I ran on my home network with a single letter nick. Z did the version scanning, V just removed drones. slug -- QuakeNet oper.

if you going to remove 1 legit site you had better remove them all str33tshen -- very upset -- co-owner of ufc-pride.org

I don't know about anyone else, but i wouldn't categorize QuakeNet as stable in terms of servers splitting often ("It became popular initially because of its network stability "). --BC 21:35, 29 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You wouldn't therefore categorise ANY irc network as stable due to the nature of the IRC protocol(s) and more importantly the nature of The Internet. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.199.89.7 (talk) 21:49, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

We are overhauling this page early 2013. I openly invite any suggestions for improvement from any helpful Wikipedia mods. Quakenet (talk) 21:17, 8 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
