Spend a Penny

According to the text, "an ongoing theme in the series was the 'Spend a Penny' card. Each episode featured one question to which the answer was 'lavatorial'." But I've seen at least two episodes so far that did not have a 'Spend a Penny' moment, the latest one yesterday's (Episode 11 "Lumped Together").
