disambiguating the term "Purple Cow
[edit]The article Purple Cow lists several other meanings for that term. That article also included the intro about the book in detail, which seemed out of place over there, so I moved the intro here.
None of the other Purple Cows in the list article had enough info to rate a full disambiguation page with separate articles (at this time), so I left that article with its list intact and added the otheruses template at the top to direct readers here if they are looking for the book. - I didn't come here looking for the book. I came here looking for something about a chain of restaurants that used to be in the Eastern United States. How can I access the list article now? Where is the article with the "other uses" template? 206.53.195.190 (talk) 00:03, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
There isn't an article on the chain; if you know anything about them, perhaps you could start a short article? Boleyn2 (talk) 15:16, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
- No, I don't know anything about the chain that has a citation. I meant to complain that I could find neither the list article nor the "other uses" mentioned above. But, I can now. Apparently, my problem was due to some sort of transient glitch. 206.53.193.230 (talk) 16:25, 16 July 2009 (UTC)
DAB note added. Much of the self-congratulatory verbiage tossed. Elphion (talk) 05:20, 20 October 2009 (UTC)
