Infobox
  • Image needs direct link from where you obtained it here
  • Also, a larger cover art (still fair use) would be good but not necessary.
Lead
  • Remove reference from the lead, not needed per WP:LEAD
  • Add a comma after "Upon release"
  • The Allmusic source says the album debuted at #2 on Top Latin Albums chart. You make it seem like the album had to climb positions (Ex. 9, 8, 7) to reach #1. You should probably specify the circumstances of the debut.
  • The first track, "Olvídame", performed by Julión Álvarez y su Norteño Banda, which is available exclusively on this release, has reached top five at the Latin Songs chart in the United States. --> "The first track, "Olvídame", performed by Julión Álvarez y su Norteño Banda and available exclusively to this release, reached the top five of the Latin Songs chart in the United States."
  • A volume 2 was released in November, 2011 titled Más Trankazos. --> A second volume to the album was released in November 2011 titled Mas Trankazos.
Background and repertoire
  • The track peaked at the top ten in the Billboard Latin Songs chart. — Not very good English. How about providing the physical peak positions (ex. #5) if your going to use "peaked". If not change to: "The track reached the top 10 on the Billboard Latin Songs chart."
  • "Gracias a Dios" by Violento peaked at number four in the Latin Songs chart and at two in the Regional Mexican chart. --> "Gracias a Dios" by Violento peaked at number four on the Latin Songs chart and at two on the Regional Mexican chart.
  • Fidel Rueda performs "Me Encantaría", a song that became a number-two hit in the Latin Charts in the United States, kept from the top by Maná's "Lluvia al Corazón". --> Fidel Rueda performs "Me Encantaría", a song that became a number-two hit on the Latin Charts in the United States, kept from the top by Maná's "Lluvia al Corazón".
Reception and commercial performance
  • In the Regional Mexican Albums chart it was at the top during seven consecutive weeeks. --> On the Regional Mexican Albums chart it was at the top during seven consecutive weeks.
  • The sales of the album are aided by success of the single "Olvídame" by Julión Álvarez y Su Norteño Banda, a banda-ballad, that became a number-one hit in the Regional Mexican Songs chart and reached number three in the Latin Songs chart.[15] --> The sales of the album are aided by success of the single "Olvídame" by Julión Álvarez y Su Norteño Banda, a banda-ballad, that became a number-one hit on the Regional Mexican Songs chart and reached number three on the Latin Songs chart.[15]
Tracklisting
  • No red links (Gerardo Ortiz)
  • I see you cite the album booklet, does the booklet not have personnel credits?
References
  • No italics to Allmusic, not a printed source. Link Allmusic and Rovi Corporation the first time your use them, same goes for Billboard and Prometheus Global Media.
  • All of your references that cite Billboard need their publisher changed (3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18). Rovi Corporation does not publish Billboard, Prometheus Global Media does.
  • Reference 6 needs publisher (Telefónica) also, link Terra Networks
  • One reference changes path and another is dead.
