[edit]Since the rivalry is based on the Purefoods Corporation and Republic Flour Mills (RFM), this needs to be the center of the rivalry as their product names change almost every year.
Names for each team can be found here: San_Mig_Coffee_Mixers vs. Pop_Cola_Panthers
Each paragraph should list the complete team name at the time, and can also detail elimination round games if notable.
The table doesn't have to be as nuts as Celtics–Lakers rivalry but what would be helpful is to organize the tables to focus on the PBA Conference Tournaments. PBA Philippine Cup has a nice table that can be used to summarize their head to head meetings: modified below
