- Since it pulls off a layer of the concrete (assuming the adhesive works as intended) it measures how strongly the concrete holds to itself, and hence how strong the concrete is in tension. RJFJR (talk) 04:20, 9 January 2011 (UTC)
- Wrong answer. The pull-off adhesion test measures the force necessary to pull-off a coating from its substrate, whether it's concrete, steel, wood or plastic
