The final paragraph reads:

The areas of occurrence are protected and it has been proposed to link areas of occurrence by reforestation with native plant species. However, a proposed wind farm near Guayanilla has been granted exemption from the Endangered Species Act under an "incidental take" permit; it has been suggested that up to 5% of the nightjar's population might suffer accidental death by collision with the wind turbines.

This looks like unbalanced reporting. (Prior to my edit the project was also described as "controversial"). There are no sources supporting the claim that 5% of the population will be killed, and this sounds like an extreme scenario (and "it has been suggested" is a weasel term). Do proponents of the wind farm concur with the 5% claim? Pburka (talk) 23:53, 14 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
