Was This a Newspaper?
[edit]I am curious to know how this qualifies as a newspaper. Was the fact that Harris intended to publish on a cadence enough to make it a periodical, even though there was never more than a single 'issue'? That seems a stretch. It would seem to fit squarely in the category of clapbooks (specifically a patter). I'm curious if anyone knows of an RS that touches on that question.
