Why is this article not titled Philadelphia Housing Authority with information about the governance and head of the authority?
Perhaps this article should be split into two, with a new article with the PHA name, and this list being just that, a list of the various projects. --DThomsen8 (talk) 19:42, 8 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
