West Australian Transport Board?

Was the Public Transport Authority once the West Australian Transport Board? That is to say, was there a change in the name, or are they separate agencies? There is no mention of the WATB on the list of Western Australian government agencies. This article should be moved to Public Transport Authority (Western Australia). There are other agencies with the same name, notably Public Transport Authority (Denmark).
