Disbandment

Does anyone have any hard information on why this apparently thriving and respected organisation was wound up in the summer of 2020, to be replaced only a few months later by a successor body with almost identical aims and objectives and much overlap of personnel? I suspect some major falling-out behind the scenes; but if there is any public information out there, it would be interesting to know, and to incorporate it into the article.
