Notability?

Reading the article, nothing is explaining why this topic (a journal self-published by an association) is notable. --79.25.201.122 (talk) 21:48, 3 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The journal is notable. Read WP:NJOURNAL (Criterion 1.c). Adding a template to a page is an unusual first edit by an IP, by the way -- and I see that the IP that templated the article made a total of only 4 contributions to Wikipedia within a 35 minute period, and as of now has gone years without a contribution. --Presearch (talk) 20:57, 17 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
