Merge with University of Manchester?

Nothing in this article suggests notability meriting its own page, it reads just like a standard description of any university department. Any information that should be preserved can be merged into the main article. Also, it's not inconceivable that there's more than one equally (non-)notable "School of Psychological Sciences".
