Lead

  • Add {{Other uses|Pru}}
  • Pru is the debut studio album by → Pru is the debut and eponymous studio album by
  • Can you create a stub about Pru?
  • I may create a stub for Pru in the future, but I do not believe that it is necessary for this review. It also appears that this album is the only notable thing (by WIkipedia's standards) that she has done with her career. I can definitely come back to it in the future, but again I do not believe it is required for the review. Aoba47 (talk) 16:25, 6 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • It spawned two singles: "Candles" and "Aaroma" → It was aided by two single releases, "Candles" and "Aaroma (of a Man)"

Background

  • said that "Her lyrics were the thing that stood out the most for me → said that "her lyrics were the thing that stood out for [him]

Recording and sound

[edit]
  • You should rename the section to "Recording and composition"
  • However, Pru is only credited as co-writing "Aaroma" in the album's liner notes, which lists her by both her full and professional names. → I don't get the meaning of this sentence
  • Removed the last part. I added this part in as the previous sentence claims that Pru contributed to the songwriting for all of the album's tracks, but the album notes say otherwise. Aoba47 (talk) 16:25, 6 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Music critics identified the album as consisting → Music
  • New Age music → new age music
  • Prior to signing a record deal, the singer → state "she" for alternation
  • Top 40 music → top 40 music

Composition

[edit]
  • Release year in brackets for "The Tracks of My Tears"
  • Hogan, alternatively, interpreted the song as "juxtaposition of the original message from "The Track of My Tears" → ?? + there's something wrong with the syntax

Release and instrumentation

[edit]
  • as an "enhanced audio CD" in which → no "in"
  • that included members of the Family Stand → link Family Stand here
  • radio in the US → don't shorten US

Copy-violation

[edit]
  • 42.2% is slightly too much!
  • If you check that, then you will see the 42.2% is coming from the album credits and that will have a high percentage as there will be the same names and credits for that (it is also directly cited that way in the article). Aoba47 (talk) 16:25, 6 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
