List of "expectations"
[edit]This has a reference that I'm not sure I can access. It also is not clear if the ref applies only to the last entry or the entire list.
I have removed the "hate crime" element from the list, as this was not a concept in English law in 1957 let alone before.
I am dubious of the entire list, in the sense that I think it may be examples, rather than the only valid circumstances, or else synthesis.
I also think the the fighting words element was probably added later and would not be found in the original reference.
It's likely that some or all of these are from Mawdridge.
