Lack of completeness
[edit]This list is missing lääni period governors, only listing "Backman's suurlääni" governors from 1997. Only a few of the provinces (Oulu, Lapland, Åland) survived the reform as is. --vuo (talk) 17:36, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
