Number of deparments

If I count correctly, I see 44 departments when I look at the nine provinces, whereas the article says there are 37. At NL-wiki, The nine province-pages add up to 37. Does anyone know how many departments there are? Kind regards, Vinvlugt (talk) 00:52, 28 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
