Cas9 Specific
[edit]I'm not entirely sure if this article was copied from elsewhere hence the observation but the article seems largely specific and almost implies that Cas9 is the one example of a protospacer adjacent motif. All endonucleases / types of CRISPR used have different PAMs. If I have time in the future I'll try to change the article myself.
