Scope of Article

[edit]

This page seems very limited. There is in fact extensive information available on Protestants in Cuba. See for example the work of Jason Yaremko, Antonio Marcos Ramos, and others (well, me, but I won't toot my own horn here). Alcnoticias.org is one source for current news, and of course the Florida papers publish things from time to time.I remember long ago contributing to a page on either Protestants or religion in Cuba that was more extensive than what either page does now. Both pages seem to have been truncated in the mean time. I know, I know - don't complain, contribute. I will try to work on this, but I won't have time any time soon.--TheronEC (talk) 17:11, 10 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Imprecise Information

[edit]

At one point it says the Baptist Convention was started by a Cuban exile but there is no mention of who this person was. In addition, there are two separate Baptist conventions, east and west, and it is not specified to which the article refers (not to mention the breakaway Baptists groups like the Baptist Fellowship and Free Baptists) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.246.70.198 (talk) 14:49, 1 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
