Which are tyrosine kinase inhibitors
[edit]In the table it could be interesting to say which are tyrosine kinase inhibitors, or to list the few exceptions (eg sorafenib)? or perhaps it would be better to split the table by mechanism eg. into those that bind to the kinase domain, those that bind to a receptor elsewhere than the kinase domain, and those that bind to the ligand (eg VEGF) of a receptor ? Examples table - more columns
[edit]The table in the examples section is great. Could we add a another sortable column for year of approval ? Rod57 (talk) 13:21, 2 September 2009 (UTC)

Monoclonal antibodies?
[edit]Why are there monoclonal antibodies listed as protein kinase inhibitors? Is that not a completely different mechanism and a different class of drugs? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.218.23.103 (talk) 16:53, 20 February 2010 (UTC)

Why is Comparison of available agents table here
[edit]Why is Comparison of available agents table here ? Who would use it ? Wouldn't it be better to have comparisions in the separate disease/indication articles ? - Rod57 (talk) 16:31, 14 December 2016 (UTC)
Adding another row
[edit]In the example table, can we add a link to another TKI? This one seems relevant. Dmusheye (talk) 16:29, 28 April 2020 (UTC)
