Scope
[edit]What is the purpose of this article? It seems to be claiming that there's a new methodology created by some random vendor, but the cites go to the generic concept of cost controls in projects - a core issue thats been around since the creation of the discipline. Is the discussion to illustrate cost engineering or some specific methodology like Total cost management? Kuru (talk) 00:08, 22 July 2010 (UTC)
- Clf99 (talk) 18:03, 30 March 2015 (UTC) I don't agree this is a neologism. PCM is a core principle of project management, and the PMBOK is excellent evidence of this
- Added PMBOK material to the article which substantiates this point and positions the concept within PM. BobKilcoyne (talk) 03:52, 31 August 2023 (UTC)
