ProbablyProbably (disambiguation)Probability is the clear WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT here per WP:ASTONISH and views [[1]] and was previously a redirect to probability. Crouch, Swale (talk) 21:33, 29 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose. The word probably only occurs once in the entire Probability article. Probably is not a good WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT to that article, because hardly anyone will search for or link to that article using "probably". Meantime, we have two actual articles called "Probably" that we can link to in the dab page. Wikipedia is not a dictionary, and the fact that some editors are astonished by that fact does not mean that people using an encyclopedia will be astonished by an encyclopedia working the way it's supposed to. The whole point in titling and disambiguating is to make life easier for our readers and editors. Making a dictdef redirect to a tangentially related article, when there are existing encyclopedic uses, makes this encyclopedia harder to use. Dohn joe (talk) 17:50, 30 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose - this is better served by disambiguation. CookieMonster755 00:18, 3 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. The colloquial use of the word makes it unsuitable as a link to an article, so a dab page is appropriate. Favonian (talk) 11:35, 7 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
