[edit]Could this be expanded to include at least a brief discussion of which arrhythmia is considered to be associated with a given agent? The Omega 3 citation is a start (the abstract for the article indicates that the study only found fish oil to be proarrythmic to a statistically significant extent in some patients (people with ICDs who were previously diagnosed with ventricular tachycardia, see here).
