Writing style
[edit]I think this article is partially written like an advertisement: "dynamics that are seamlessly articulated", "known to have excellent quality piano sounds" --Querda (talk) 22:09, 13 January 2014 (UTC)
Bobsmellsbad (talk) 08:40, 22 July 2014 (UTC)I agree. In fact I agree so much that I created my wikipedia account just now so that I could basically comment to that effect. It reads like a brochure or sales pitch; highly subjective rather than objective. It's mostly harmless, although I'm sure that others in the same space might have a thing or two to say about "...The Privia series has also been known to have excellent quality piano sounds and effects comparable to its competitors like Yamaha, Roland, and Kawai..." I have nothing against this brand, in fact I came to this page because I'm a potential customer seeking impartial information. However, being new to wikipedia I'm uncertain as to the steps to rectify this. Any tips would be great.
- @Querda: I fixed it mostly. @Bobsmellsbad: Try looking at Sweetwater for info/reviews. Eman235/talk 07:52, 13 October 2014 (UTC)
"heavier"
[edit]"...and considered as being heavier than a generic acoustic piano keys." Please specify what "heavier" is referring to. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:540:C400:8C80:8053:1A72:7EC9:82B4 (talk) 17:40, 26 December 2017 (UTC)
based model
[edit]Which pianoforte is based for each Privias? (e.g. was a Hamburg Steinway actually used for modelling the “Grand Piano 1” in the px-100?) 2001:FB1:47:8C58:6819:4F52:C08A:A33C (talk) 23:41, 20 December 2021 (UTC)
