Looking for help writing an article about the spin-offs and crossovers of this series

[edit]

I am writing an article about all of the series which are in the same shared reality as this one through spin-offs and crossovers. I could use a little help expanding the article since it is currently extremely dense and a bit jumbled with some sentence structures being extremely repetitive. I would like to be able to put this article into article space soon. Any and all help in writing the article would be appreciated, even a comment or two on the talk page would help. Please give it a read through, also please do not comment here since I do not have all of the series on my watch list. - LA @ 17:29, 16 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I never heard this show being called 'Private Secretary'. It was called 'The Ann Sothern Show'. 2603:8000:1A40:75:7766:6044:65AA:2C2E (talk) 21:51, 8 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Syndication

[edit]

"Private Secrertary" entered syndication as "Susie" in the fall of 1956, not 1957. Ads announcing its availability ran in Broadcasting Magazine starting in January 1956

And since the show was also airing in prime time, in its final season, in the fall of 1956, the idea that the name change was the result of Chertok wanting to continue the series with a new actress is wrong. The change came about because that was SOP at the time: when syndication and first run episodes ran at the same time, the sydicated episodes were re-titled. 96.237.184.133 (talk) 13:58, 31 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
