How can track 12 be both a demo of an unreleased song AND a new recrding?
- The song is a "Genesis" song that was officially recorded by the Banks-Collins-Gabriel-Hackett-Rutherford line-up as a potential single; however, the single did not end up materializing and the Genesis recording has never seen the light of day. The new recording that Phillips put on this album is just him and his guitar, and is probably closer to how he and Mike Rutherford "demo'ed" the song to Genesis, hence the "demo" title.
