Incidence
[edit]Large percentages of those who commit suicide in prison do so after having recently received mental health services.[1] The suicide rate in U.S. federal prisons is lower than the average suicide rate among the general population.[2]

This material seems to hint at something without really substantiating it. Do mental health services increase suicide? Are prisoners simply less "suicidal" than the general population? I've removed this text for now, until sources are found that can elucidate the reasons for these observed trends. Any suggestions are welcome. —Sangdeboeuf (talk) 11:23, 20 June 2017 (UTC)
