Is it referred to with capital Ds or not? Title and text are inconsistent. And singular or plural decision(s)? Redirects needed from all variations, anyway. PamD 14:26, 10 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

in the book it is written lowercase. I therefore change it in the article--Bomberzocker (talk) 21:04, 11 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
