Out of place text
[edit]The third paragraph in the 'Marriage' section does not seem to fit under said section. The text is: Princess Haya is the first woman to be appointed as an ambassador for the World Food Programme, she is an avid supporter for the children's right to play organization among many other National and international non-profit organizations. Should this be moved into its own section, as I can not see how it would be possible to incorporate it into any other sections? --Credema 05:28, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

The baby's name would be princess Alia (source : The Royal Forums)

Requested move 20 February 2021
[edit]- The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review after discussing it on the closer's talk page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.
The result of the move request was: page moved. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 22:16, 20 February 2021 (UTC)
Haya bint Hussein → Princess Haya bint Hussein – The page was previously moved without a discussion. Also, per WP:TITLECON it needs to be reverted back to its previous title, which was similar in style to the title of articles on her siblings, including Princess Alia bint Hussein, Prince Faisal bin Hussein, Princess Aisha bint Hussein, Princess Zein bint Hussein, Prince Ali bin Hussein, Prince Hamzah bin Hussein, Prince Hashim bin Hussein, Princess Iman bint Hussein, and Princess Raiyah bint Hussein. Keivan.fTalk 07:10, 17 February 2021 (UTC)
- This is a contested technical request (permalink). Anthony Appleyard (talk) 11:52, 20 February 2021 (UTC)
- The last page move looks to have been on "22:56, 2 August 2016" with the edit summary "Montanabw moved page Princess Haya bint Hussein to Haya bint Hussein: Per WP:HONORIFIC, title does not go into article names" -Kj cheetham (talk) 14:58, 17 February 2021 (UTC)
- @Kj cheetham: Thanks for moving the request to the right place. And just to clarify, WP:HONORIFIC does not give instructions on excluding the prefix Prince/ss, especially for royal family members. WP:NCROY should be visited in this case as well. Keivan.fTalk 16:17, 17 February 2021 (UTC)
- @Keivan.f and Kj cheetham: There seems to be a dispute here. The last page move was over 4 years ago. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 11:54, 20 February 2021 (UTC)
- @Anthony Appleyard: I wouldn't refer to that as a dispute. The last page move was undiscussed and needed to be reverted. Kj cheetham is actually supporting the move himself. Keivan.fTalk 21:55, 20 February 2021 (UTC)
- Support for the sake of consistency with her siblings. -Kj cheetham (talk) 12:03, 20 February 2021 (UTC)
- The discussion above is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on the appropriate discussion page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.
