Problem with editing in Primeasia wiki

I just want to know what are the procedures to be an wikipedia authorized editor on Primeasia University page. There are lot of mistakes and old information which are not correct. I changed several times but machine deleted my edition. I am an official employee of Primeasia University. My office is forcing me to make the information updated. I put my mysql -ID no to Revert ID section and submitted. my email address is ashraful.alam@primeasia.edu.bd I need help.
