I found this labelled as a stub, and reformatted it to be a dab page. The Oro-Medonte location is mentioned in the bluelinked article, so that entry is justified under WP:DABMENTION. The other is not at present mentioned in East Garafraxa but as an editor has taken the trouble to create this page to disambiguate the pair of places it seems reasonable to leave this dab page in place.
