Okay for now but still a stub

Although citations were just added to this page, it’s still a stub and it’s still very unclear why it’s significant enough to need a page of its own. I won’t contest this further but I feel that this page is pretty useless in its present form without someone providing some context. Can this be directly addressed by anyone?
