This renaming is illegal. Renaming of highways must be approved by state legislatures or Congress, not a city Council. This happened because a renegade Governor, Wolf, permitted PADOT to illegally errct signs to recognize a sleezebag. 24.55.146.25 (talk) 00:56, 15 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

President Biden ExpresswayCentral Scranton ExpresswayWP:COMMONNAME. Pretty sure no one in Scranton calls the road "President Biden Expressway". LilianaUwU (talk / contributions) 05:06, 5 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose - People in Scranton could simply call it "The Expressway", obviously that wouldn't work. It's best to keep the title where it is. Estar8806 (talk) 21:18, 6 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose Unless someone shows that "Central Scranton Expressway" really is more commonly used, because among reliable published sources, it's predominately "President Biden Expressway" over the past year. Skynxnex (talk) 22:42, 6 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose because reliable published sources use the presidential name since the expressway was renamed. VC 14:28, 7 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
