Hey there. I;m not sure if users will be able to understand this article well enough. Is pre cylcling where the product isn't even used in the commercial economy? I would assume this would be where there is a surplus and it goes unconsumed. If this were explained the article would be better. TheKaramanukian (talk) 07:27, 13 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
