[edit]Bhaskarbhagavati, if you wish to challenge works published three years ago by a reputed scholar from a reputed press, you need to engage over here. TrangaBellam (talk) 16:00, 7 August 2021 (UTC)

[edit]User:Chaipau, do you know of modern historian-scholars who deal with the subject? TrangaBellam (talk) 14:26, 8 August 2021 (UTC)
- @TrangaBellam: all I have seen are in the context of Kamarupa, like Shin. The semi-modern ones, e.g. Sircar, say pretty much the same thing, but not with as much clarity. I vaguely remember coming across some reference where Pragjyotisha in the epics were discussed, but at that time my impression was that it was not useful. I shall keep a look out for it.
