What is the "structural trends in o-o bonds etc" section in this article for? It seems to have no purpose. Mathwhiz90601 02:59, 30 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It is useful way to compare the various oxides. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.73.179.150 (talk) 07:18, 10 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong symmetry

[edit]

The structure as shown is not body centered cubic; it must be uniaxial probably tetragonal with the fourfold in the direction of the O2-groups. Jcwf (talk) 19:01, 25 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Oxygen generation for people succumbed under home walls in earthquake

[edit]

If one day such a product which generates O2 and absorbs CO2 as described, could be integrated into some the walls, floors and ceilings of a room covering fabric, which itself has the ability to expend very fast (foam extension) and in a very high proportion, to protect everything, included living people (probably sleeping in their beds) by putting them in a protective cocoon, pressing on them from all 6 sides of a room, and producing also for some hours or a day long, Oxygen for them to prevent their suffocation, we could save life's of thousands of people, by using such an interior covering. This looks like a hypothetical dream but not technically impossible to generate, if some experts and people loving their countrymen, could work on that idea, I am sure of it, we could see some results even in 2025 !!
