Hi,
I checked this page but found that the although the text displays correctly, math notation does not. Other Wiki pages with maths notation (I've been rummaging around linear programming related articles) display correctly, but the images in this do not.

[edit]This page needs one or two practical examples, as seen in geometric programming books. In particular, Dimensional analysis and empirical laws suggest non-integer exponents. length = volume ^(1/3) and so on.
