Earliest surviving film by Georges Méliès?

Is this the earliest surviving film by Georges Méliès? Wikipedia's page on his filmography (seen here - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georges_M%C3%A9li%C3%A8s_filmography) indicates that it is, but it would be good if someone knowledgable on the topic could confirm this.
