Maritime definition
[edit]The maritime definition of a LOP is “A line of position (LOP) is a line established by observation or measurement on which a vessel can be expected to be located.” https://marinegyaan.com/what-is-line-of-position-or-lop/
The definition must state that the vessel is expected to be located along the line, which is missing in this article. A simple line in a chart does not constitute a LOP. Aiecon (talk) 01:55, 7 May 2022 (UTC)
