Unsourced final paragraph
[edit]Speculative unsourced final paragraph should be dropped. I will wait a few days to see if someone rises to its defense.
- Posey is well known for its multiple paranormal sightings and unexplained paranormal activities. Locals assume it is a result of the various Native American burial sites scattered throughout the region. The tungsten mines in the region experienced many unexplained accidents resulting in what mining experts claim were deaths that should never have occurred even with the lax safety standards of the late 1800's. Bodies were never found. Locals living along the creek have reported being approached by what looked like a turn of the century miner asking what happened to his cabin as if lost and confused. Unsolved, mysterious murders in the region contribute to what may be folklore.
