[edit]Thanks for this article, Camhanson18. You've done a lot of good research and found some solid sources. The introduction is good. I think it might be a bit wordy for a Wikipedia lead section, so maybe it could be edited down.
For your section on the Portland Vice Section, it would be best to link out to the Wikipedia article on the Portland vice scandal and focus here more on the role that the police played.
Your tone is typically very encyclopedic, although there are some unsourced statements (e.g. By 1967, nobody was caring about the bars or the overall presence of the LGBTQ community, police included.)
It would be interesting to hear more about the liaison for Portland's LGBTQ community. I don't know enough about policing to know whether that is a notable position to have, but some more information about that position and the work they do would definitely benefit this article.
