Ownership
[edit]Port Talbot Steelworks will almost certainly be taken over by Tata Steel UK, but this event cannot happen until the shareholders agree to sell their shares. Thus the change of ownership cannot take place till after the March 2007 shareholders meeting, Tata UK or the registra must receive the old Corus shares back and pay the shareholders the agreed 608p per share. - Rgds, canol
