961 didn't run in Group B

If I remember the entry list correctly the Porsche 961 was in fact entered in GTX as the sole entry in class. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.189.117.233 (talk) 23:22, 14 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article makes clear that the 961 was intended for Group B, but was not allowed to do so due to a lack of homologated road cars, therefore having to run in the IMSA GTX category. Whether or not it actually ran in Group B does not negate the fact that the intent was to build a Group B car to sell. The359 (Talk) 02:15, 15 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
